Add Player Voice Chips

Player Voice Chips (such as "Get Player Voice Volume", "Get Player Microphone Active", etc.)
They would be really nice! The things I could imagine it being used for would be things like a light being controlled by the volume of your voice, or a monster reacting to the noises you make.
Stuff like this would be great and could probably allow for some interesting games :)
